Returns are not accepted on custom pieces.

For domestic orders (within Greece), we use ELTA (the Greek Post Office). All parcels are sent in first priority with tracking codes. There is also the option to choose Box Now, which costs 3€. Just let us know through Instagram DMs or via the contact form. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

For international orders, we use ELTA (the Greek Post Office). All parcels are sent as registered mail, with a valid tracking number. Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.

All our pieces are manufactured at our small workshop in Athens, Greece. The gemstones and silver are handpicked by us in collaboration with our local partners

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All the pieces are made to order, besides the ones that are uniquely created only once. Production time usually takes 3-5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver mixed with other metals, making it strong and durable for daily wear. Silver reacts with elements in the air, especially sulfur and moisture, which causes that darkened layer over time. Everyday factors like perfume, sweat, and humidity speed up this process.

All the silver orders receive a free polishing cloth, that can be used to bring back the shine. This is usually needed for silver pieces that haven't been worn in some time.

Most of the wire pieces are created with aluminium wire, which is water resistant, but also soft. Therefore, the wire pieces require some attention not to get caught on clothes etc.
